  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for most items once they have been shipped. However, exceptions are made for the following situations:

        a. Damaged Goods

    If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will initiate a return process for you, and you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

        b. Pre-Ordered Items

    For pre-ordered items, you can cancel your order and request a refund at any time before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

    Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
